* If both the bride and groom live in NJ, apply in the municipality where the bride lives, no matter where in NJ you plan to be married.
* If only one partner of the couple lives in NJ, apply to the municipality where he/she lives, no matter where in NJ you plan to be married.
Do Not Leave it to the Last Minute. NJ Requires 3 Business Days to Process Application and you need the title, name, and address of your officiant.
